Yes, I'm one of the iUI developers.  I've done most of the iUI work 
since Joe Hewitt handed it off, but sadly that isn't much.  I keep 
hoping I'm going to have more time for iUI in the future.  I am doing 
some iPhone web consulting and development now, so I'm hoping to be able 
to leverage some of that work and knowledge into iUI.  (I also need to 
find the time to be more active on this list...)

If you have any suggestions or improvements for the iUI CSS please 
submit them as issues and either e-mail on this list or the iUI 
developers list.  We are definitely looking for contributions and 
contributors.
