Well, could you be more specific regarding offline usage and data url approach problem? Also, I'm currently working with Safai for windows and Firefox with Firebug and don't have any problem between desktop and mobile version.
And in fact, the documentation for WebApp.Net is notcompleted yet ;) but I'm working hard on it.
