Well the problem is not iUI or webapp.net, it's is how data: URI
scheme works.

Of course you cannot have relative link in data: since there is no way
for the browser to now from where to load.
Basic sliding transition works (excepted in firefox due to a bug which
prevent it to render anchor link properly if generated via data:,
works fine in Safari)
