At the cost of sounding like an asshole, you should search the archives, 
because this has been discussed many times before. You can match against 
the User-Agent.

Also, you should be mindful that some iPhone users actually *LIKE* the 
regular interfaces even though they aren't tailored specifically to the 
screen real estate (more features in the real interface), so provide 
your users an ability to get to it if they'd like to.
