JavaScript.

As Kevin mentioned, you should consider providing the user a choice
and not lock them into only viewing a certain version of your site.
We've recently posted 2 articles than explain different techniques for
presenting the user this option in a less intrusive manner, and
outline why its not a good idea to force a redirect.
