Interesting. I was always using WPA on the touch with 2.0, although
when I just repewated the test a few times, I got delays of only 3 and
4 seconds.

I would expect an update to 2.0 fairly swiftly to fix a few nirkles,
but not sure if there is anything behind this variable wifi reconnect
time that Apple may be able to tweak in future.
