I am not positive if this is what you are asking.

iSilo is now available on the AppStore. On their web site, they also
provide a free desktop app for Mac or PC called iSiloX. iSiloX allows
the user to convert many different types of documents that are then
readable within iSilo on the iPhone.

One of the great things about this document that is created is that it
is a .pdb file and it is readable on other platforms as well where
iSilo is available. This means that the same document is readable on
the Palm, Pocket PC (Windows Mobile), Blackberry AND the iPhone.

Admittedly, if a document was originally formatted to be read on these
other platforms that use a stylus, they are not as easy to navigate on
the iPhone but they are readable.

There are thousands of free and commercial eBooks and documents that
are presently available for reading in iSilo. For years, I have
created commercial eBooks for my customers. I am now in the process
of reformatting some of them so that they are easier to navigate on
the iPhone.

In my opinion, iSilo is probably the best app ever written for PDAs.
It needs some improvement on the iPhone platform but I have confidence
that it's creator can overcome these. Actually, I have no doubt that
he will continue to improve the iPhone version

For now, to load the document onto the iPhone, the document needs to
be downloaded from a server or from a web site. This is inconvenient
for some people that do not have a place to upload their documents.
Of course there are free web sites if people investigate this where
they can upload their own documents.
