Thanks, Michael, that's what I'm doing right now (using SnapzProX), but not all the apps are installed in the simulator. If you e.g. wanted to record how to setup up an email account, you can't. I'm looking for a VNC server, a video streamer of the iPhone's screen... any ideas ?
