that's because it doesn't really offer a "complete" framework. it is more an example pack. Over time 3 big frameworks have rised iui, also getting old, webapp.net, full featured but hard to use and can be annoying while navigating, iwebkit, easy to use and write, no js required, constant updates and plugin/theming compatibility
