I didn't initially like Dashcode's code - js and css. I have since used Aptana but the emulator isn't exactly right. So I end up coding with TextWrangler or Aptana usually and have Safari minimized to the iPhone size for correct layout and Dev/User Agent turned to iPhone. I also share the site on my wireless connection so I can hit the site without FTP-ing it to a server to validate as well.
