there isn't a specific doc for this but the concept it's easy.
/* footer rules for a <div> or a <ul>, depend on how the structure
page is (ul links or group of divs, just be coerent) */
#footer { ... footer rules ... }
/* define some simple text rules for <p> , according with text style
used in your page */
.credits { ... credits rules ... }
