Ahh ok. Nope, nothing built in for that… yet. The bad news: Same problem that for the bottom menu, Mobile Safari doesn't support fixed position. So you would have to fix a div on top of the content using a JS position tricks. Just search for this discussion in the mailing-list to see what i'm talking about.
