This is a known issue and is likely a Mobile Safari bug. See iUI Issue

If anyone has a good workaround, I'll commit it to iUI.
- A smaller (cosmetic) problem: when I use a link to start a movie, it
will open just fine, but after hitting the "Done" button in the top
left corner in the movie player, I will be transported to an page with
a playbutton, followed by my iUI homepage, which is then replaced (by
sliding) by the page from which the movie was started.
I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're seeing here, but if you
look through the iUI issues DB and the archives of this mailing list
you'll see that others have reported problems and
solutions/workarounds. In general these are issues with the iPhone
itself, not iUI. If there is anything that can be done to improve iUI's
handling of media links, please let me know.
