Hi Sean,

Nice to see you're so responsive!

I would be more than happy to help boil the iui.js down, but I'm afraid
my Javascript skills are rudimentary at best.

jQTouch will always follow the first link after the first time you've
hit the 'mailto:' button without sometimes it does without animating, or
with a slightly botched up animation. You may just 'cut' to the next
page instead of sliding.

In sequence:

You navigate to the web app's URL, e.g.
    <http://www.wrks.nl/jqtouch/demos/main/#home>

Try some links, they work as expected.

    Hit the Email button.

    Cancel or send, doesn't matter.

The next link you touch after dismissing the mail page next may work
without animation (but it WILL work). It may also work with a
slightly botched up animation, the target page for instance sliding
over the current page, while it should push the current page out. I
don't think this is the intended effect.

After that everything work as expected again, including the Email
button. All links will animate as expected again.

To get back to the errant behavior you have to load jQTouch into a
new page (e.g. using Safari's new page button), and hit the email
    button again.

So it definitely looks like a workaround, with some unexpected behavior.
But most importantly the web app keeps working (and a lot of users may
not even notice it has skipped or slightly botched an animation).

HTH...
