Hi.

I have an website which allows our fleet inspectors enter a vehicle
number and get details about the work carried out on it.

All working quite nicely.

Something I'd like to add is the ability for the inspector to "turn
the page" from one job to the next.

I'm using Prototype.js.

What do I watch for this action? I assume it is a mousedown/mousemove
combo.

If it is, can I do the same thing on a desktop browser.

I don't have an iPhone for testing and I'm on Windows. Is there a real
iPhone emulator (I'm only interested in the web aspects) for Windows?

With the mousedown/mousemove idea (if that is how it works), how does
this not get in the way with the cut'n'paste process?

I'm not an expert, so please be gentle.

Regards,

Richard Quadling.
