For using Flash since its v4, SVG export has always been buggy, even .ai was 
since v8! Using illustrator to get a proper PNG or SVG is a must do ... sadly.

Flash is a dawn good toll to do swf (and exe, hqx), flex or air. All other 
export formats are buggy
