Hi Andrey, I've join the iUI team while 0.4 was already out, so i don't know 0.31 that much...
My hint would be to spend time to seperate your modifications from the iUI js code and then migrate to 0.4. Then you could benefit from the latest release and its support. All next evolutions for iUI (themes, form management, iscroll, iPad, extended css plugins, ...) will be 0.4 only...
