Anyway, thanks for your reply, Remi!

I have actually figured it out. It seems like having a CSS property
"overflow: hidden;" in your BODY section blocks Android Froyo browser
from scrolling a web page completely. I removed it and things went
back to normal. Hope this may be helpful to someone.
