You can put a padding or outine or border or whatever around them to increase 
their hitzone, but no, a radio button has a fixed size and style.

Best thing to do is to hide the radio button and use a JS+image equivalent. 
Issue is: you loose style integration with the OS (if a BB or Android user 
comes by).
