JQTouch is a mobile WEB framework, that helps you to easily deals with 
transitions, touchevents, phone CSS and those kind of stuffs. For the rest, 
it's like using JQuery.

Sorry man but we can't really help you here... you made the wrong choice using 
PHP for a native app, all we can say is "go back to HTML + JSON and use 
phonegap". 

You can also ask a fee to activate an account to login on your webapp...
