Even if i totally understand this statement and looking forward for a new public release for a while, 0.31 is still a valid option if you have small needs.
In the same time, 0.4dev1 & dev2 have been done, we create a few extensions & themes, a real website, facebook fanpage, some iPad experiments, documentation, ... and 0.5 is available for testing cleaning CSS code. Looking at JS, what would you need more in it?! It just works and do we is needed in 90% of the time. No new major release could also means no new major release seems needed. We decide to go plugins, extensions & themes. Result is 3 core files being less than 25kb. And honnestly, I'd be really happy to see more commits & clones rather than features requests or this kind of message. Or a new extension.
