Yes. Some files were not copied to the server on the last refresh of the site (this was a byproduct of our migration from Mercurial to Git)
That problem is fixed now.
If you click the "see live demo" links, the pages appear with no styles applied. I tried to run the same examples following th3 docs in muy downloaded installation and the same happens.
I don't understand why you would be having a problem here. Please provide more detail.

No additional files are needed. The problem you saw on the site was that the referenced files were missing. Now that they are there the styles are being applied.
I should mention, however, that the documentation and examples are using iUI 0.50 which is slightly different from the 0.40 series that is the current download.
