Same subnet as the main eth0 IP assignment (it is important
that is is also a different IP then the eth0 IP).
Any bonding of the ports?,
was the IP assigned via dhcp or static
assignment?
configured to use a seperate vlan?
ipmi is enabled on the server in
question?

Hi all,
I've configured ipmitool for 2-3 DELL servers in my organization. But I;m not able to do it on one server.
I'm getting the following error when I try to access it over lan.
Not able to establish lan session.
Locally its working fine.
I've ipmi and openipmi on the server.
And already configred it with the ip address and username password.
Please help me..its urgent.
