Hi,
I am using ipmitool on solaris 10 x86
details of os : SunOS unknown 5.10 Generic_118855-14 i86pc i386 i86pc
ipmitool version 1.8.4
When i run commands like:
ipmitool chassis power diag
bmc_send_cmd: Permission denied
Unable to set Chassis Power Control to Diag
for:
ipmitool chassis bootdev disk
I get the following errors
bmc_send_cmd: Permission denied
Error setting Chassis Boot Parameter 4
Error setting Chassis Boot Parameter 4
Any help is appreciated.
