I think there's a combination here of me not doing something write, and
a bug in the tool.

Currant is a Dell SC1425 running a kernel.org 2.6.16.29, patched with
the appropriate OpenIPMI diffs.  As you can guess, the hobbit client
script doesn't currently have permission to access ipmitool and i'm
trying to correct that.  Although maybe it's the file permissions on
/dev/ipmi0 that are to blame, not sure.

In any event (so to speak), what info would be helpful in regards to
this segfault?
