There are several IPMI LAN parameters that need to be set properly, and an IPMI user needs to be set up. Each parameter can be set with ipmitool, or you could use detected defaults for most of the parameters by using ipmiutil.sf.net.
To set up a shared IP with the OS, and to set the null user with a null password, enter 'ipmiutil lan -e -p ""'. Then clients should be able to connect remotely for testing. You would probably want to configure a custom username/password as well for production use. To remove every kind of hardware monitory tools that are not made in supermicro ! Moreover told me too that I can't run IPMI over other lan interface than the first the LAN motherboard port with the same IP as the server ! So I do this and ... and sure now my server doesn't answer anymore !
