Hello, I have two Intel-based servers with SE7501WV2 motherboards, which support IPMI v1.5. And I set up ipmi-over-lan and I can successfully reboot/read fru/sensors/so on, bu please explain how can I use remote serial console with them? Basically, I do the same things I did before with Tyan IPMI v2.0 SMDC, i.e. setting up password, network settings, enabling getty on serial ports -- but for some reasons I can't reach serial console.
