The way I work on some of our ATCA machines (eg. AT8030) is to use the
parameters "chassis bootparam set bootflag force_pxe", and
"picmg frucontrol ${FRU} 0x00".
Put these into a script and you can make all boards of a system go
for example into pxelinux/kickstart installation without messing with
the BIOS boot order at any point.
If this will work of course depends on the hardware you're using.
