Hi,
As an addition, HP DL3xx series doesn't support IPMB i.e. get IPMI
infomation through network. And the reason is very simple: HP close
this interface by enforce customers using their iLO 2 interface instead.
On HP DL1xx series server, IPMI 1.5 works (no Serial-Over-Lan).

Thanks a lot for you help.
I am using OpenIPMI 1.4.14 with DELL PowerEdge 2950 and HP DL360 G2.
On DELL PowerEdge 2950, it works perfectly and gives all the info
such as fan speed, temperature ...
On DL360, it works (no error info, no crash), but almost no any
meaningful sensors were found.
So is that just because HP server has no useful sensor (sound not
right)?
Or OpenIPMI 1.4.14 is not very compatible with HP DL360 G2?
Does OpenIPMI 1.4.xx work with IPMI 2.0? What is the different
between OpenIPMI 1.4.x and 2.0.x?
