Too many of these "twists" in specification is worrysome. I can go
with the "swap" specification, but it still feels itchy to read "get
destination options", but hey, remember you are not getting the true
original destination options, but a twisted version ...

But, as I have not been involved implementing that thing, it is just
the feeling, no serious objection from me. I assume other people know
what they do.
