Correct. And that will be used by classifiers in both IntServ and DiffServ
implementations.

Only if we define a standard way of compressing the ports and protocol type
into the flow label.

"Could be", not "is", unfortunately. It's very dangerous to use this as a sales
argument before it is actually true.
