OK, this is all nitpicking, RFC needs just minor addition into
7.1.2:
- if link uses addresses, then NA MUST have TLL.
=> NO, the MUST is in section 4.4 page 24. There is an explanation too...
The only not written detail is that a NA which doesn't comply with a MUST
is not valid, i.e. 7.1.2 is too brief.
