I've submitted a draft on securing neighbor discovery,
draft-kempf-secure-nd-00.txt. Since I forgot to put an IPNG in it, the
drafts editor didn't send a notice to this list, but it was supposed to
be for consideration by the IPNG group. Please send comments.
