latest KAME tree permits bind(deprecated address), while older tree
(like *BSD) does not. i'll need to dig commit logs again to understand
the reasoning for the change (maybe i made the change and forgot).

BTW for invalidated addresses I don't know if connections should be eagerly
dropped (with some kind of notification to all PCBs) or lazily dropped
(i.e., destroyed only when they show some kind of activity). I implemented
both solutions in the past...
