A couple of people have asked off-line, and I thought it would be good to clarify...
_None_ of my mail on this thread (or the previous Node Requirements thread) has been made in my "official" capacity as a WG chair. I'm just stating my personal opinions about the technical issues with site-locals and what I think that the WG should do. In the end, I will abide by the consensus opinion of the WG regarding these issues, even if the WG doesn't agree with me (as you often don't :-)).
