Yep. it's ongoing! No-one seems to have come up with a killer (eg: something which doesn't fix itself with NUD) yet, but the more eyes the merrier. I'm working on version -01 which will fix some editorial points and change some SHOULDs into MAYs and so on to better reflect the feedback I've been getting ... and there's a Linux implementation on the way for test purposes. I'm not sure Optimistic DAD is the solution, or even part of the solution ... it's more an attempt to make some forward progress on the fast, smooth handovers front.
