A filter for local global addresses on the "internet interface" of the SBR
will avoid transmission of these addresses on the internet.
About the multiple local scopes connected to the router, the prefix will be
unique amongst them. Hence, there is no need to have a separate zone id. Add
an explicit route whenever there is a requirement to send a packet from one
scope to another.
