It's not Opportunistic.
It's configured, it's just on-demand. In Openswan terminology that
would mean a "routed" policy with a DNS lookup.
Guess that's what I get for not fully reading the doument yet. I assumed
"P2P" actually meant "peer to peer" which kinda assumes unknown peers
and on the fly configuration.
