There seems to be interest in the WG in adopting this work, and it seems
that draft-nir-ipsecme-rfc4307bis is a reasonable starting point
(although there is already some good debate about the specifics).
Yoav and Tero: please resumbit this document as
draft-ietf-ipsecme-rfc4307bis with any changes you have seen from the
past few days that you want.
WG: we will make this an active topic of discussion (along with our
other topic, closing out the DDoS document).
