Can anyone explain what would cause this? Internal users can see all of the external users who are logged in.
External users can not see the internal users who are logged in. (Icon shows an Unknown status) External users can IM internal users Internal users can not IM external users. Internal users can IM and see status of all Internal users. Firewall is setup to allow 5177 and 5178 Both ways. anyway to debug this?
