I'm new to the evaluation of this product and have ran into the nat thing. My question is, what percent of client's end up needing their registry tweaked and why can't the client install set the nat setting on by default?

We have several testing members from all over the planet who are testing the thing to destruction (which to my happyness hasn't happened yet). Even with the NAT trick in place, (and therefore continuous traffic going on, the network usage (on our dedicated T2) is neglible. We have seen converstations with 40 people going on for hours on end, and it wasn't noticed. We serve about 45 Gigs per 3 days in data, running quite some server park, and yet again the traffic caused by IIM is not even really noticeable. We have tested stuff by shutting down ALL systems except the IIM server and asked the whole team to start sending (including some hefty data files) Not a problem, max bandwith was about 15 Kbps to 64 KBps (caused by one twat throwing a 300 MB file into a conversation.. In short, even ifn there are continuous connections, it is very light footed.
