Since I can't be sure who will install this client and if they are running on a NAT'd machine and given that I don't have the time to sit on a call and tell them how to hack their registry... I've created a silent install that set's the "Uses NAT" registry to yes by default and pre populates the login ID with the host name to use. So when the install is complete all the user needs to do is type in their username before the host name and fill in their password.
Connection made! No phone call to me!
