I have been using Ipswitch IM in a LAN environment successfully for many weeks now.  I am using it with my existing W2K Active Directory. Last week, we rolled out the product to our headquarters staff.  All is well, except that one individual is suddenly and inexplicably unable to view the public contacts.  I have seen this symptom after mucking around with the server settings (i.e. unselecting "Show External Authentication Database Users in Public Contacts", but this this option is in fact selected, and I haven't changed ANY settings on the server since well before the rollout.  Any ideas?
