I've already thought of doing it that way, but it's just not how I would
prefer to do it and won't roll it out that way.  I have asked IPSwitch about
this and they agree with me that it is something that they should have, just
hadn't heard from anyone in a long time on this issue and have basically
dropped it on my end.

Also, since I'm using a backend SQL database for my Imail users anyway, the
other request that I have is for IM to be able to talk directly to my SQL
database via ODBC instead of having to go through Imail.  If this were the
case, then we could flag a field for status much in the same way they flag a
field for users in Imail.
