Hi Gerardo -

Try having your remote clients enable the "Persistent Connection" checkbox under the "Logon" section of the IPSwitch IM options.  Without a persistent connection, CheckPoint will drop the session to your IM server and as a result, the server will think the client is off-line.

We buy  IpSwitch IM v 1.0.1
and the IM server is behind a Firewall CheckPoint, i opened the  5177 y 5178 ports , but users out of my LAN can't send and receive messages on line, they receive their messages off Line.
user inside my LAN not problems at all
 
Can you tell me , if there anhoters ports that i must  open???
