Gerardo, The first thing to do is upgrade to version 1.04 of the IM Server software (also, upgrade the clients).
If the user goes to View - Options and on the 'Logon' screen, enables a persistent connection, do you still have the same problem? If so, what are the IM Server logs indicating for messages to and from these users?
