I have seen in the past this will happen if you have the machine's time setting set to auto-adjust for daylight savings time.

Check your time zones. I've found this in other apps - the actual time may be set correctly on both (example, both may read 11:00am) but may be set in different time zones.

Does anyone else have issues with the time stamp when sending an IM and the actual time?  Our 98 machines have a 1 hour time difference from actual time.  The server that hosts Ipswitch does have the correct time and so does the pc itself.  I'm not sure where it's pulling that information from so that I can get it corrected.
