I'm used to using Shift-Enter to force a line break in web entry screens,
Outlook, etc. With IM I found that it behaved the same as Enter. Rather, you
should use Ctrl-Enter to force a line break in IM version 1.0.4. Of course,
this may change in future versions (I hope).
