that's what I checked first, because somehow I thought that I first read
about routing sockets there; must have been a different book, though.
The third edition is largely expanded and updated, and yes, it covers
these things. The only sort of problem with it is that IPv6 is
scattered throughout the book, so if you don't know what you are looking
for, then it is long reading.
