Hi,

I'm not sure what hat I'm wearing while writing this, but I'm going to ask
anyway: what if there was a wiki, perhaps provided by the RIPE NCC, to let
people add this info themselves? That'd scale a bit better and would be
updateable as things change. Maybe I'm ignorant and there is one already.

BTW I'd add a "periodic change interval" (ie. 24h, 1w, ...) column if the
prefix is dynamic.
